Who should apply?
We are looking for passionate solicitors who are keen to join our growing team to ensure we can continue to deliver exceptional client service to our clients! If you have two or more years’ experience in commercial litigation, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be driven, self-motivated and have at least 2 years of quality commercial litigation experience. You will be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships. You will have established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation. You will have a desire for progression and promotion to associate and beyond.
What does a typical day involve?
You will be involved in a broad mix of commercial litigation matters ranging from disputes you will run yourself through to more complex, strategically driven litigation. This role provides exposure to matters across multiple jurisdictions and industries, allowing you to build technical capability, develop file ownership, and work closely with senior practitioners to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice to clients.
File work will include running matters through to trial in all jurisdictions, appearing at mediations and settlement conferences, advocacy, conducting voidable transaction proceedings and providing insolvency law advice.
