About the Role
Your key responsibilities include;

- Acting as the face of the office – welcoming visitors, maintaining communal spaces, and managing front-of-house presentation
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including suppliers, catering, reception and maintenance
- Supervising junior administration support team to ensure efficient execution of tasks
- Providing task-based support to the Manager, Executive Office and to our Leadership Team
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and events – room bookings, catering, tech setup
To succeed in the role, you will have

- Previous experience in an office coordination or other mid-level administration role

- Great time management skills and an ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general tech setup
- Prior experience supervising junior staff (preferred but not essential)
- Professional services or legal industry experience (highly regarded)
