We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing firm.

We are an established commercial dispute practice with an emphasis on contract and partnership disputes, debt recovery and security enforcements, business separation and shareholder disputes, insolvency law and commercial documentation. We have a strong, established reputation and client base in these areas.
Our client base includes publicly listed companies, banks, domestic and international credit insurance companies, corporate and business clients and insolvency practitioners.

- You have some Paralegal experience and/or studying a Law Degree
- You are driven with a genuine interest to progress in your career
- Value being part of a team, take initiative, and accept responsibility for solving problems and delivering outcomes
- Have experience with drafting statement of claims, default judgments, letters of demand and preparing affidavits
- Can work efficiently to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services (secured recoveries) is highly regarded, but we also encourage applications from candidates who are keen to learn.
What does a typical day involve?
On any day you will be autonomously running a high volume of uncontested debt recovery files, carrying out drafting for a wide range of legal documents, including default notices, statutory demands, claims and statement of claims, default judgments, enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings and wind-up proceedings.
You will also be the primary contact for key clients and build lasting connections as you progress in your career with us.
