Based in Brisbane, Results Legal is a national law firm offering specialised expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery. With a team of 34, led by five Principals, Results Legal offers big firm expertise with proven results, delivered with a client-centric approach.

The Position.

Your key responsibilities include;

    • Running end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes that are seamless, engaging and aligned to our values
    • Owning the performance review and development cycle, providing support and advice to leaders and staff
    • Designing and delivering learning and development programs that support business growth and team capability
    • Leading HR tech implementation projects
    • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering clear and confident HR advice
    • Leading or contributing to key people projects—whether that’s process improvement, system rollouts, or policy development
    • Supporting internal initiatives that drive culture, recognition, wellbeing and employee engagement

 

To succeed in the role, you will have;

    •  A relevant degree in HR (or equivalent experience)
    • 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist or advisor role
    • Previous experience in a professional services or similar environment
    • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and confidence in managing system implementation or upgrades
    • Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and award interpretation
    • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and training coordination
    • A commercially minded approach—you understand how great HR supports broader business goals
    • A proactive, autonomous approach—you’re organised, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly and bring people with you
    • You’ll be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships.
