Who should apply?

This PA role would suit applicants with 3 years administration/support experience (preferably within professional services), or 2 years in a similar role within a law firm. Those with experience in commercial litigation will receive particular consideration.

About the Role

As a key figure within our team, you will excel in anticipating the needs of our Principal, offering seamless support without explicit directives, as well as more widely supporting the team.  On a daily basis this may include:

 

      • Diary management – meetings, appointments;
      • Working collaboratively with the Principal, Authors and wider administration team members to ensure deadlines are met;
      • Preparation of court documents and correspondence;
      • Billing and time-sheet recording;
      • General secretarial support (transcription, word processing, filing, drafting correspondence etc);
      • Proactively anticipating the needs of the Principal;
      • Prioritising and addressing enquiries and requests, resolving conflicts, and offering solutions; and
      • Undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks that empower the Principal’s leadership, including handling special projects, creating documents and presentations, gathering and organising materials for meetings, arranging travel and events, and other ad hoc tasks directed by the Principal.
