Results Legal is proud to announce the promotion of six team members across the Brisbane and Sydney teams recognising outstanding contributions to the firm and its clients.
Effective July 1st, the following promotions will take effect:

- Noah Surtees promoted to Paralegal
- Isabelle Holley promoted to Personal Assistant
Andre Breytenbach has been promoted to Senior Associate, reflecting his strong performance, leadership and excellence in complex commercial disputes. Known for his efficiency, drive and client-focused approach, Andre plays a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes across a range of litigation matters.
Joining him in the legal team are Aman Bajwa, Monique Tierney and Shania Butlin, who have all been promoted to Associate. Aman has quickly built a reputation for his clear and precise approach to matters, driving growth in the Sydney office. Shania is recognised for her strong work ethic and commitment to growth, managing matters with determination and efficiency. Monique is known for her pragmatic and client-focused approach, contributing to the efficient resolution of trade credit disputes alongside developing her expertise in commercial litigation. Their promotions mark an exciting next step in their careers as they continue to grow within the firm.
From our administration team, Isabelle Holley and Noah Surtees have been promoted, reflecting the capability and initiative both have demonstrated in stepping up beyond their roles. Isabelle has been promoted from Junior Personal Assistant to Personal Assistant, having consistently performed at this level. Isabelle is a highly valued member of the team known for her reliability and proactive approach. Noah has been promoted from Junior Administration Assistant to Paralegal, recognising his strong work ethic, attention to detail and the capability he has shown in taking on more advanced responsibilities.
A strong theme across this year’s promotions is the depth of talent developed within the firm, with more than half reflecting progression from early career roles. This is a clear reflection of Results Legal’s commitment to building capability from within, providing the support, opportunities and experience needed for people to grow their careers. It underscores a consistent approach to investing in people and creating an environment where long-term development is both supported and expected.
