Anna takes a big picture approach to litigation by developing effective commercial and risk mitigation strategies for clients using her specialist technical legal knowledge on a national basis.

Anna specialises in commercial disputes, personal property securities matters, unfair preference claims, debt recovery actions (both secured and unsecured), equitable priority disputes, advice work and commercial drafting matters including credit agreements, hire and lease agreements and security agreements.

Anna is client-focused and commercial, managing an experienced team of solicitors and paralegals who strive to exceed expectations and achieve client objectives.

Anna was the first female Principal at Results Legal and is a strong advocate for the progression of women. She is heavily involved in the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) and the Women in Credit (WINC) initiative run in conjunction with the AICM. Anna is also the chairperson of the legislative committee for the Australian Credit Forum.
