Leona Adams-Clark
Leona is an experienced commercial litigator who specialises in business separation disputes, insolvency, and financial services litigation.
Leona’s expertise is broad and includes acting for clients in contractual and commercial disputes, business separation disputes between partners and shareholders, and acting for and against directors in actions for breaches of fiduciary and statutory duties. Leona regularly acts on behalf of banks and non-bank lenders in all aspects of banking enforcement, strategy, and recovery proceedings.
With a keen interest in insolvency law, Leona holds an ARITA Advanced Certification (Insolvency) (UTS).
