Charlotte has led the establishment of our Sydney office and is well versed in commercial litigation and insolvency across all jurisdictions in Australia.
Charlotte is an experienced litigator and acts for a variety of clients in different industry sectors, including trade creditors, SMEs, family-owned businesses and insolvency practitioners.
She works on a wide range of commercial matters including contractual disputes (with expertise in contested trade credit matters), unfair preference claims, insolvency litigation, equitable priority disputes, business disputes and trust disputes.
Charlotte prides herself on developing client relationships and is focused on working with clients to achieve their objectives in a commercially considered way.
Most proud of / biggest win
Running a four day trial as instructing solicitor in the District Court of WA, in relation to a matter that involved a contractual dispute (both verbal and written agreements), detinue, complex PPSA lease and bailment issues, and equitable remedies.
