Justine Singh
Justine joined Results Legal in 2023 with an interest in Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery and Security Enforcement.
With an initial focus on property law, Justine quickly expanded her experience to include commercial property, commercial litigation, debt recovery, wills and estates, employment, family, and criminal law.
An active member of Queensland Young Lawyers, Justine has acted for various clients including individuals, companies, developers, lessor/lessee and liquidators.
She has a keen interest in gaining more experience in legal recoveries and commercial litigation.
Most proud of / biggest win
Justine takes pride in several accomplishments, such as efficiently reclaiming a preference payment from a creditor and successfully dismissing a meritless application. Additionally, she skillfully negotiated costs in favour of our clients without the need for a costs assessor.
