Most proud of / biggest win
Achieving an out-of-court settlement in respect of a non-party costs order brought by the liquidator against a shadow Director, where it was agreed that the Director and non-party would pay the liquidator’s costs of the proceeding. I found it very rewarding to achieve such a great outcome for our client.
Our team is led by Managing Director Karl Hill and our Principals Michael McDonnell, Anna Taylor, Leona Adams, Nicholas Boyce and Robert Shepley.
