Leona Adams-Clark
A Principal in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team, Leona is an experienced commercial litigator who specialises in business separation disputes, insolvency, and financial services litigation.
Commencing with Results Legal as a graduate, Leona achieved Principal in 6.5 years – roughly half the expected time.
Leona’s expertise is broad and includes acting for clients in contractual and commercial disputes, business separation disputes between partners and shareholders, and acting for and against directors in actions for breaches of fiduciary and statutory duties. Leona regularly acts on behalf of banks and non-bank lenders in all aspects of banking enforcement, strategy, and recovery proceedings.
With a keen interest in insolvency law, Leona holds an ARITA Advanced Certification (Insolvency) (UTS).
