Nicholas specialises in commercial litigation, particularly trade credit and insolvency litigation, in all jurisdictions across Australia.
Nicholas’ experience includes litigation relating to contractual and commercial disputes, unfair preference claims, disputes over personal property against liquidators and equitable priority disputes involving real property.

Most proud of / biggest win
Achieving a negotiated settlement of a multi-million dollar claim by liquidators against our client which, among other things, allowed them to keep their family home. It’s incredibly rewarding to achieve such a great result knowing the huge difference it made to our client’s life.
