With 14 years’ experience in commercial law, Rob has worked across diverse industries including professional services, real estate, building and construction, brokerage and finance.

Rob specialises in business transactions – including acquisitions and sales, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, commercial leasing, as well as commercial contracts including terms of trade, procurement, and distribution arrangements.

Rob works closely with his clients to understand their business goals and objectives. He then navigates legal frameworks, negotiates terms and structures agreements in a way that protects his client’s interests.

By engaging earlier in the commercial lifecycle, Rob’s aim is to assist our clients to avoid disputes, and where this is not possible, improve the strength of their cases.
