Most proud of / biggest win
Joining the Results Team has in many ways been my biggest win. However, a more specific big win for me was settling a dispute in relation to a breach of restraint without having to resort to Court proceedings. We achieved our client’s objectives. It was a tough matter with lots of deeply held emotions and where serious and continuous breaches of the restraint had significantly affected the client’s business.
Whilst it was important for our client to prosecute the breaches, it was ultimately an amazing outcome to settle the dispute without having to send it to Court and incur further stress arising from any litigation.
